Cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal or email support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Seven-day first-payment refund
Your first PermitPlate NYC subscription payment is eligible for a full refund when you request it within seven calendar days after the charge. You do not need to give a reason.
This voluntary policy does not reduce any longer right required by applicable law. After the seven-day window, correctly billed subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
PA Permit Pack
The PA Permit Pack is a one-time $29 research purchase, not a subscription. You may request a full refund before research begins. If PermitPlate determines that the submitted project is outside the advertised scope and cannot be fulfilled as a Permit Pack, the purchase will be refunded.
Once substantive research has begun or the completed pack has been delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable except for a duplicate charge, material failure to deliver the purchased service, or another refund required by law.
Billing errors and service failures
Confirmed duplicate charges, charges after an effective subscription cancellation, and other billing errors will be corrected. A material failure to deliver the purchased service will be reviewed promptly and fairly.
Request help
Email jay@retallyrecovery.com from the email used at checkout. Include the charge date and a short description. Never send card details or passwords.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear.
